KSE Executive Open Lecture by Konstantin Vaysman on “Bank Mergers in Theory and in Practice”

We are pleased to invite you to the KSE Executive Open Lecture by Konstantin Vaysman, Chairman of the Management Board of First Ukrainian International Bank, on “Bank Mergers in Theory and in Practice with a Case Study of the Merger of PUMB and Dongorbank”.

The event will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2012, at 6:00 PM at Premier Palace Hotel (5-7/29 T. Shevchenka Blvd.).

The Lecture will start with a welcome address by Alexei Kredisov, Managing Partner of Ernst & Young in Ukraine.

Participation is free. The registration starts at 5:30 PM. The event will be held in Russian and English and will be followed by a reception.
